A tragic incident has occurred at a Robbie Williams concert in Sydney, with a fan in her 70s passing away in hospital. The spokesperson for St Vincent’s Hospital confirmed that the woman sustained head injuries after a fall at Allianz Stadium following the kick-off of Williams’ Australian XXV tour. Regrettably, she succumbed to her injuries on Monday, as informed by a hospital spokesperson speaking to the PA news agency.

A representative from New South Wales Ambulance reported, “At approximately 10:30 pm on Thursday, November 16, NSW Ambulance paramedics responded to a call on Driver Avenue, Paddington.

“The paramedics provided treatment to a woman in her 70s for head injuries and subsequently transported her to St Vincent’s Hospital in a critical condition.”

Following his Thursday show in Sydney, Williams posted a video on Instagram, stating, “I consider myself incredibly fortunate for the immense love shown *by my audience*. However, the reception in Sydney surpassed anything I’ve experienced before. I’ll cherish it during challenging times.”

This occurrence follows the tragic passing of Taylor Swift fan Ana Clara Benevides Machado in Rio de Janeiro after attending Swift’s show on Friday.

Event organisers, Time4Fun, confirmed the 23-year-old was taken to the hospital, where she passed away an hour later. Swift postponed her Saturday show due to “extreme temperatures.”

Efforts to reach out to representatives for Williams and Venues NSW for their comments are ongoing.
