Strictly Come Dancing’s Graziano Di Prima has reunited with his wife after a separation of three months
Last year, after eight years of courtship, Graziano Di Prima tied the knot with fellow dancer Giada Lini. Their wedding in Sicily saw the presence of his fellow Strictly colleagues, including Nadiya Bychkova and Karim Zeroual.
Strictly Come Dancing’s Graziano Di Prima has been joyfully reunited with his wife after spending three months apart.
The couple, who started dating eight years ago, tied the knot in a grand ceremony in Graziano’s hometown of Sicily during the summer of 2022. Their wedding saw Graziano’s Strictly co-stars Nadiya Bychkova and Karim Zeroual in attendance. The enamoured professional dancer took to Instagram to express his happiness at being back with his wife, fellow dancer Giada, following their separation due to work commitments.
“Finally reunited with my (other) half after 3 months apart,” he wrote alongside a heartwarming video, capturing him and Giada dancing in a woodland clearing. Graziano, originally captioning in Italian, added, “After three months apart, finally together with my other half, happy holidays everyone.”
Fans expressed their joy at seeing the couple, who got married last year, back together. One commented, “My favourite, so good to see you back together xxx Happy New Year to you both.” Another follower added, “So happy to see you both together! Reunited at last,” while someone else wrote, “Reunited!! Just adore you both.”
Graziano was partnered with former Made in Chelsea star Zara McDermott, and the pair were eliminated from the dancing competition during Halloween week. Their Charleston failed to impress the judges. He praised the 27-year-old, who had no prior dance experience, calling her the “hardest worker.”
“She’s been there for me, from 8 am until 9 pm, never taking a break. Just asking for half an hour to herself. She embodies the essence of Strictly. Starting as a complete novice, she took on the tough work,” he shared with the Strictly audience after their loss in the dance-off with Zara.
Now, Graziano is taking a well-deserved break in Sicily with his wife Giada after weeks of intense rehearsals for the BBC show and preparation for the upcoming Strictly Come Dancing tour starting in January. The couple tied the knot in a traditional Catholic ceremony last year, having had to delay their wedding for two years due to the pandemic.
Their reception took place at a nearby castle, a location that held significance in their early relationship. “From the moment we met eight years ago, I knew she was The One – I fell in love instantly. She’s the most remarkable woman I’ve ever known,” Graziano expressed about his wife.
