Stacey Solomon has revealed the challenges she's facing as a mother of five in a candid update to her followers, acknowledging that her responsibilities are making tasks take a bit longer.
Stacey Solomon issued an apology to her dedicated Instagram followers on Wednesday evening, shedding light on the genuine reason for her recent silence on the social media platform.
The 34-year-old TV personality acknowledged that managing her commitments was taking more time than usual, owing to her bustling life as a mother of five. She provided an update on her recent activities, admitting to the challenges she’s faced in keeping up with her online presence.
Stacey, who resumed her appearances on Loose Women following a hiatus, disclosed that her children have undergone significant adjustments, attributing this as the cause for her recent scarcity on the platform.
This disclosure arrives as the affectionate mother has been gradually embracing the festive season, offering glimpses into her holiday-themed crafting endeavors.
Stacey updated her Stories by sharing a family selfie with her 5.8 million followers. In the accompanying post, she expressed her apologies for being less active lately, citing the challenges of managing Zach’s mock exams, Leighton’s transition to secondary school, Rex settling into primary school, Rose in nursery, alongside work and the demands of everyday life. Stacey acknowledged that keeping up with everything was taking her more time than usual but assured her followers that she would eventually catch up. She sent love to her audience and offered words of encouragement, reminding them that they’re doing amazingly well, especially during overwhelming times.
Stacey concluded her statement with the reassuring words, “Everything will fall into place eventually,” accompanied by a black heart emoji.
Her candidness towards her supporters comes merely a week following her much-awaited comeback to Loose Women, marking her return after nearly a year’s absence.
At 34 years old, Stacey had opted for a break to embrace maternity leave after the arrival of baby Belle, born to her and her husband, EastEnders star Joe Swash, in February 2023.
Upon welcoming Stacey back, main presenter Kaye Adams remarked, “It’s wonderful to have you back, Stacey. I must say, you seem different.”
Describing her encounter with Stacey’s revamped morning routine, she recounted, “This morning, I popped into a café and coincidentally crossed paths with Stacey, fresh from a 6am training session.”
