A legal case filed by the woman, as per court records obtained by TMZ, accuses the 61-year-old musician of groping, kissing, and sexually penetrating her without consent within a helicopter cockpit.

She alleges this incident occurred in February 2003 while she was travelling in the helicopter with Lee and another man en route to Los Angeles.

Reportedly, she felt ‘pressured to go’ and claimed that during the flight, the pilot and Motley Crue drummer Lee were consuming alcohol, smoking cannabis, and using cocaine.

She further asserts that Lee turned forceful after she was coerced into sitting on his lap. Allegedly, he proceeded to sexually penetrate her with his fingers and attempted to compel her towards his genitals.

According to TMZ’s account of the documents, the woman expressed feeling shocked, distressed, humiliated, ashamed, and guilty following the alleged assault.

She is currently seeking damages, citing anxiety, depression, and PTSD as a result of the incident.

Lee, who gained viral attention last year for sharing an extremely explicit full-frontal photo on his Instagram and Twitter profiles, has previously discussed his battles with alcohol dependency. He disclosed consuming as much as ‘two gallons of vodka’ daily before his prior rehabilitation stint.

In an interview with Yahoo! Entertainment, he revealed, ‘I reached a point where I knew I had to put an end to it. I was drinking out of sheer boredom.’

He elaborated, ‘I’d wake up and mix up a concoction, mostly vodka with just a hint of cranberry or lemonade.’

‘I was consuming two gallons a day – not pints or quarts, but gallons, the large-handled ones. It was absolutely insane.’

Reflecting on his mindset, he added, ‘I eventually realised, “Wow, you’re drinking enough to potentially endanger your life.” Yet, strangely, it didn’t even bother me. I had become almost desensitised to it.’
