Police Swarm Prestigious London Hotel After Discovery of Illegal Migrant Workers

In a targeted operation, authorities apprehended eleven undocumented migrants at a prominent London establishment. The individuals, hailing from various nations, were taken into custody by immigration officials at the esteemed London Marriott Hotel Regents Park.

Upon investigation, Home Office teams discovered that these eleven individuals had been employed unlawfully, working extensive shifts of up to fifteen hours a day. They were engaged as cleaners, porters, and maids through intermediary recruitment agencies.

Out of the apprehended workers, five are now being held in detention pending deportation, while the remaining six have been released on bail pending further inquiries.

None of them possess the authorization to work in the UK.

Immigration officials nationwide have conducted more than 100 inspections at hospitality sector establishments this year.
