Police initiate a murder inquiry following a fatal stabbing of a man inside a vehicle

Police have initiated a homicide inquiry following the fatal stabbing of a man inside a car in Newham, East London.
Law enforcement responded to the junction of Victoria Avenue and Grangewood Street shortly after 10 pm on Saturday, accompanied by paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.
The victim, a man in his 20s, was discovered with stab wounds and succumbed to his injuries at the scene. A man in his 40s has been apprehended in connection with the incident.
Efforts are underway to locate and notify the victim’s family, and a post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course, according to the authorities.
