Piers Morgan has once again dismissed claims suggesting he portrayed the pigeon lady in the 1992 film ‘Home Alone’.

The former host of Good Morning Britain faces the same query every holiday season, with fans convinced of his cameo appearance in ‘Home Alone 2: Lost In New York’. The movie sees Macaulay Culkin reprising his role as young Kevin McCallister.

Separated from his family during a Christmas trip to New York, Kevin navigates the city alone until they reunite. Alongside Culkin, Brenda Fricker stars as the pigeon lady, aiding Kevin in evading the criminals pursuing him. Despite fans noting similarities, it’s definitively not Piers in the role.

People are claiming that Piers bears a remarkable resemblance to the iconic pigeon lady. Piers recently faced a barrage of comments, responding with an irate message online.

He posted a picture of Brenda as the pigeon lady with the caption: “It’s. Not. Me.” Piers emphasized his point by adding two angry emojis.

Despite his efforts, fans continued drawing comparisons. One remarked, “Watching Home Alone: Lost In New York and completely forgot Piers Morgan appeared in this movie.”

Another took Piers’ face and superimposed it onto the pigeon lady, asking if he was absolutely certain he wasn’t part of the film. Meanwhile, someone else remarked that the resemblance was “uncanny.”

Piers’ son initiated the jest by tweeting a photo in 2018, jesting that he consistently forgets his father’s role in the film. Piers himself even discussed it on Good Morning Britain.

Back in 2020, prior to his dramatic departure, Piers tackled the subject, expressing frustration: “That’s not me. I’m not the bag lady in Home Alone 2!”

He continued, “It’s not a character I’ve played. I’m not associated with it.”

His former co-host Susanna Reid couldn’t resist a playful jab, teasing him that it was his “finest role.”
