In the latest instalment of “The Kardashians,” Kim Kardashian unveiled her prenuptial agreement with Kanye West. During a conversation with her friend Chris, Kim emphasized the importance of a prenup, saying, “Wait, you have to get a prenup. Can I mention that in front of him?” Chris affirmed, “Yeah, totally.”

Kim further stressed her point, stating, “Like, I don’t care who you are, what you have, what you do, we want a prenup, we want a prenup.” Later, when Chris called Lukas and he answered, Kim advised, “Can I just give you one tip from a lawyer: prenup! Just a very general suggestion, I think I could even possibly draft it for you both.”

After accepting the role of officiating the wedding, Chris inquired of Kim, “Did you have prenups for all of yours?” Kim’s response, “Not my first one because I did it in Vegas,” subtly suggests that she and Kanye West did indeed have a prenuptial agreement.

Kim and Kanye commenced their relationship in 2012, culminating in their marriage in 2014. Their extravagant wedding, spanning from Paris to Florence, was attended by numerous celebrities. The couple had a prenuptial agreement and maintained separate property.

Throughout their union, Kim and Kanye welcomed four children: North West, aged 10; Saint West, aged 7; Chicago West, aged 5; and Psalm West, aged 4. Unfortunately, their marriage was not destined to endure, as Kim filed for divorce in 2021.

Nearly a year ago, in November 2022, Kim and Kanye’s divorce was officially concluded after nearly two years of proceedings. It was disclosed at the time that the couple would have joint physical and legal custody of their four children. Kanye would provide Kim with $200,000 per month in child support, along with covering half of their children’s educational and security expenses.

The couple opted out of spousal support and agreed to engage in mediation in case of any disputes concerning their children. Their prenuptial agreement meant that finances and property matters were seldom brought up.

Since parting ways with Kim, Kanye has moved on with his new wife, Bianca Censori. Just weeks after finalizing his divorce from Kim, he wed the 28-year-old Australian model. The couple has since been spotted together in various provocative photos while exploring Europe and Tokyo this summer.
