Emily Atack has revealed she’s expecting her first child, urging her fans to be understanding during this time.
The 34-year-old actress, known for her roles in ‘The Inbetweeners’ and appearances on reality shows like ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!’ and ‘Dancing On Ice’, is in a relationship with scientist Alistair Garner, as confirmed by her publicist.
Taking to Instagram, Atack shared, “Hello Everyone, it’s been a little while but I’m back with some news. I’m delighted to share with you all that we’re having a baby! I’ve never been so happy and utterly terrified at the same time.”
“Please go easy on me. Every day is mixed with thrill, fear, joy, hysteria, topped off with a lot of vomiting – a bit like when you’ve just stepped off of the Oblivion at Alton Towers on a hangover. I’ve got to know my body on such an insane level.”
“It has truly heightened my appreciation for the life I’ve been blessed with. I’m wholeheartedly striving to create a nurturing environment for the little one growing inside me.
“We can already feel the baby snugly resting amidst a bed of peanut butter and jam sandwiches, craving more chocolate buttons. Sharing all of this with you brings me immense joy.
“You’ve been steadfast supporters through the years, and I hope you’ll stay to witness this new phase as I enter motherhood. Goodness, here we go.”
She posted a monochrome photo of herself in bed, showing off her baby bump.
Emily Atack, known for her role in ‘The Emily Atack Show’ and as a team captain on ‘Celebrity Juice’, is set to star in the upcoming Disney+ adaptation of Jilly Cooper’s novel, ‘Rivals’.
Her parents are Kate Robbins, who is an actress, comedian, and singer, and musician Keith Atack.
