TV presenter Ben Shephard surprised fans by sharing a rare selfie with his wife on Instagram to mark his birthday. However, followers were astonished to discover his true age.
According to Birmingham Live, the ITV Good Morning Britain host posted a heartfelt message on Monday, dedicated to his wife Annie, whom he first met at the University of Birmingham.
Ben expressed his gratitude, saying, “Feeling incredibly spoiled after a wonderful birthday celebration with the family and all your kind messages! Thank you! I can’t believe how time flies, as evident from the cards – the family isn’t letting me age gracefully!”
He joked, “And just so you know, those cards saying I’m 50 or 60? That’s my boys pulling my leg! I’m still holding on to my 49th year! #thegoodthebadandtheoldbugger.”
