Barry Keoghan Confirms ‘Saltburn’ Nude Scene Was Entirely Genuine, No Prosthetics Used!

Barry Keoghan embodies the complete talent package. He left everything on display in the nude scene of his latest film, “Saltburn.”

Barry has affirmed that no additional props were needed, stating that he embraced his “ownership” and “complete confidence.” However, this came after 11 takes, as initially, he didn’t feel entirely at ease.
After a while, he began to feel empowered, requesting multiple retakes from the crew. He mentioned to Entertainment Weekly that due to the relaxed atmosphere on set, he swiftly forgot he was in the nude.
Barry explains that undressing was essential for his character because it allowed him the freedom to act however he pleased within the grand mansion that plays a significant role in the film. This included the possibility of stripping down to his barest and strolling around as if he were the owner of the place.
“Saltburn” revolves around Oliver Quick, a recipient of an Oxford scholarship, who spends the summer with his affluent friend Felix Catton, portrayed by Jacob Elordi.
In the film, a string of unsettling events unfolds, culminating in Oliver orchestrating an elaborate scheme to inherit Felix’s substantial fortune, leading to a scene of jubilant, unclothed dancing as part of his triumphant moment.
