Kevin Turen, renowned for his production work on HBO hits such as “Euphoria” and “The Idol,” tragically passed away following a medical emergency whilst driving along a California freeway.

According to information gathered by TMZ from the late producer’s father, Edward Turen, and his close friend, Michael Heller, the distressing incident occurred as Kevin was driving his 10-year-old son home from a tennis tournament on Sunday.

Kevin reportedly experienced a medical emergency while his Tesla was on autopilot. His son took control, guiding the car to the side of the motorway before dialling 999 for emergency assistance. Despite swift transportation to the hospital, Kevin was later declared deceased.

Although Kevin’s father and friend maintain that drugs and alcohol were not a factor, authorities are currently endeavouring to ascertain the precise cause of death.

Jay Penske, a confidant of Kevin’s and CEO of Penske Media Corporation, fondly recalls Kevin as a devoted family man.

Jay conveyed in a statement that despite Kevin’s numerous accomplishments in Hollywood, his foremost dedication lay with his family and close companions. He took immense pride in his children. Alongside his wife, Evelina, he was steadfast in his commitment to instilling strong values in their children and ensuring they made a meaningful impact on the wider world.
